High Frequency Concrete Vibrator
KT-OSCAR is an electronic converter that could provide a 3 phase 200Hz power, to drive a motor-in-head poker. It is the top level product for concrete vibrator. The eccentric block is equipped on the rotor directly, no any losses for transmission. So with a much lower power motor, it produces a higher vibration on poker, it is the highest efficiency system for concrete vibrator.
The flexible shaft is a hydraulic hose made by abrasive rubber, with an cable going through all hose to connect the converter & poker. No any vibrator is produced in working.
With better protecting tube & cap on poker, the wearing of poker is much less than a normal vibrator, it gives a much longer lifetime of the complete se product.
